Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping, including payroll processing and Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation Experience supporting Australian tax and payroll processes Hands-on experience using Xero Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines Ability to seek guidance, accept feedback, and continuously improve Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Technical Skills Operate Dext proficiently Navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently Perform payroll auditing and reconciliations accurately Soft Skills Demonstrate analytical thinking Maintain exceptional attention to detail Communicate effectively in written and verbal English Work independently with minimal supervision Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Your Daily Tasks Deliver Xero bookkeeping services for multiple clients, including data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, batch supplier payments, and related bookkeeping activities Prepare Australian compliance reports, including Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), Business Activity Statements (BAS), and Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC) statements, including reconciliation of ATO Integrated Client Accounts Prepare monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and management reports for clients Perform accounting and administrative support tasks efficiently Join the Top 1% Talent.
