We are currently searching for a dedicated Hospitality Listing Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hotel partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients' listings are accurately represented and optimized for maximum visibility and bookings. Key Responsibilities Guide new hotel clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform Collect and verify key information regarding hotel properties, amenities, and unique selling points Create and optimize listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, photos, and pricing Provide training and support to hotel staff regarding best practices for managing listings and engaging with guests Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance listing visibility and drive bookings Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve our onboarding processes English proficiency is mandatory.
