About BEST Behavior Education Services Team (BEST) is a licensed provider specializing in behavior intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism and related disorders. Since 1999, BEST has provided individualized, evidence-based care to children and families. Role Summary We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to help BEST grow its client base, referral network,partnerships, and market presence.. The ideal candidate is a builder who can identify opportunities, execute growth strategies, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy Develop and execute strategies to increase clients, referrals, and business opportunities. Identify new markets, services, and growth opportunities. 2. Client & Referral Growth Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing relationships. Improve the process from referral and inquiry to client conversion. 3. Partnerships Identify and develop relationships with potential referral and business partners. Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities. 4. Market Expansion Research competitors, markets, and expansion opportunities. Recommend new growth opportunities to leadership. 5. Performance & KPIs Track growth KPIs, including referrals, conversions, client growth, partnerships, and business impact. Identify performance gaps and implement improvements. 6. Cross-Functional Execution Work with leadership, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, Intake, and other teams to execute growth initiatives. Ensure growth projects are completed on time and deliver measurable results. 7. Reporting Provide regular growth updates to leadership. Present results, challenges, opportunities, and recommended next steps. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Growth Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Client Acquisition, or related roles. Proven experience delivering measurable business growth . Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients preferred. Healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or service-industry experience is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs. Strong Microsoft Excel and business reporting skills. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
