Our reputation is earned every day. While others may promise the world, we deliver it. Job Description Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and inquiries from travel agents and clients. Promote and sell European River Cruise products and related travel services. Promote and sell tour packages, particularly to Japan, China, Vietnam and other Asian destinations. Assist travel agents and clients throughout the entire booking and tour operation process. Process bookings, payments, amendments, cancellations and final payment collections, also with quotations, itineraries. Maintain and update customer and booking records in Salesforce and other CRM systems. Prepare reports and provide administrative support as required. Support group bookings for tours and river cruises (experience in managing cruise groups is highly desirable). Develop and maintain processes that meet client expectations and operational requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour operations, travel and cruise sales and support. Proven experience selling Asian tour packages, particularly Japan, China, Vietnam, and other Asian destinations. Experience selling European River Cruises is required. Strong understanding of travel operations, booking processes and customer service. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and CRM tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset. Willing to work night shifts.
