We are hiring a Accounting Lead with strong US GAAP experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients operating in lean, fast-moving SME environments. This role is ideal for professionals who want stable US-facing work, broader ownership across accounting functions, and direct collaboration with US Controllers and business leaders. What You Will Own Manage full-cycle accounting operations under US GAAP Lead month-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial data integrity Prepare financial reports, schedules, and reporting packages Partner directly with US Controllers, finance teams, and stakeholders Identify and implement accounting process improvements Support audit preparation and compliance requirements Ensure timely and accurate reporting across accounting operations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure Experience handling end-to-end accounting operations Strong ownership of month-end close processes Experience working with US clients or international stakeholders ERP/accounting systems experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar) Strong written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work effectively in remote, fast-paced environments Why Join MAVI?
