Job Description Manage and oversee a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality of deliverables and alignment to standards Support resource planning, task allocation, and performance management of BA team members Drive capability development and continuous improvement within the BA function Manage and coordinate delivery of software changes and releases as per delivery plan Manage application configurations as part of delivery Apply best practice BA methodologies to support delivery of implementation projects and system changes Work closely with clients, technical team, and managerial staff to communicate updates and drive project outcomes. Appropriately escalate to senior management issues impacting delivery of application changes. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Influence business stakeholders for best technical implementation, removing blockers, suggesting best approach Assessment of business need and risks, validation of requirements, and alignment to business \& technology Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Manage requirements with the use of effective application of change control processes and tools. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Identify improvement opportunities the project assigned (proactive and reactive) Contribute to the development of functional strategy Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues. Recommends process, product or service improvements, support in pre-sales activities. Qualifications At least 5\+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in the airlines industry Strong understanding and hands on experience with airline specific systems and tools Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools and understanding of APIs and system integrations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in agile frameworks including scrum and kanban Strong analytics skill to support decision making Must be flexible with working hours, independent and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in managing product lifecycles and backlogs / Years of experience as a Product Owner Key Competencies: Communication Technical Skills Critical Thinking Pay: Php90,000\.00 - Php130,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
