Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to manage utility and construction permits for infrastructure projects while working remotely during US business hours. In this role, you'll review project drawings, coordinate with municipalities, and track permits through approval to keep projects moving forward. We're looking for candidates with 3\+ years of permitting experience, strong organizational skills, and confidence communicating with various agencies and stakeholders. Job Title: Permit Coordinator Location: Remote (Office for the first 8 weeks then transitioning over to remote based on performance) Schedule US Hours Job Summary The Permit Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the permitting process for construction and utility-related projects. This role involves preparing, submitting, tracking, and obtaining approvals for buried utility right-of-way encroachment permits within assigned territories. The position requires reviewing design drawings to determine permitting requirements, coordinating with permitting authorities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track buried utility right-of-way encroachment permit applications through approval Review design drawings to determine project scope, location, and permitting requirements Identify permitting scope and requirements based on project plans and specifications Track and manage permit lifecycles, including revisions, renewals, and change orders Communicate and coordinate with city, county, state, and other permitting authorities within assigned areas Follow up on permit statuses and resolve issues that may delay approvals Maintain accurate permit records, documentation, and tracking systems Interpret and apply permitting codes, regulations, and policies as required Provide regular updates to project teams regarding permit progress and approvals Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met Qualifications Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible permitting experience (required) Experience reviewing construction or utility design drawings to determine permitting scope and requirements Strong understanding of all phases of the permitting process Ability to learn and apply city, county, and state permitting rules, regulations, and guidelines Experience tracking and managing multiple permits in various stages of completion Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Confident verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with permitting authorities and project stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to learn and utilize custom software applications AutoCAD knowledge or experience is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain accuracy while handling high-volume permitting activities and documentation management Pay: From Php30,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have with ROW/OSP Permitting?
