This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with websites, content publishing, and maintaining a seamless online experience for users. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute website content updates within the client’s CMS Publish new website content and maintain existing pages Update promotions, banners, and website assets Ensure branding consistency and content accuracy across web pages Support digital marketing initiatives to improve user engagement and lead generation Assist with basic digital asset management Monitor website performance insights and suggest improvements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer support, or a related role Basic understanding of SEO principles Familiarity with HTML/CSS or website formatting Experience using image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Canva) Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms are a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage customer enquiries professionally Ability to analyze basic website performance data and recommend improvements Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team If you are passionate about digital marketing, websites, and creating engaging online experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
