About The Role - The EVALUATOR serves as a quality gatekeeper and readiness authority for Superpowers. - Your mission is to ensure that only Executive Assistants who meet Superpowers standards advance to graduation, extension completion, or client placement. You will make objective pass-or-fail decisions, protect client experience, and uphold the reputation of the company. - This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, decisive, standards-driven, and comfortable delivering difficult feedback. Key Responsibilities - Evaluation & Standards - Evaluate Executive Assistant performance across professionalism, communication, autonomy, reliability, and execution - Conduct structured readiness assessments during training and pre-launch phases - Determine pass, conditional pass, or fail outcomes - Maintain consistent evaluation standards - Readiness & Quality Control - Assess whether EAs are truly ready for client-facing work - Identify performance gaps that may impact client experience - Escalate concerns and risks proactively - Protect clients from underprepared placements - Feedback & Accountability - Deliver direct, clear, and respectful feedback - Conduct difficult conversations when necessary - Ensure EAs understand expectations and next steps - Hold individuals accountable to performance standards - Process Improvement - Partner with coaches, trainers, and leadership teams - Identify trends and systemic quality issues - Provide recommendations to improve readiness and performance outcomes - Required Skills - Strong judgment and decision-making ability - Experience evaluating performance against defined standards - Comfortable making pass/fail decisions - Ability to provide direct and constructive feedback - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong pattern recognition and analytical thinking - High integrity and commitment to maintaining standards - Calm and professional presence during difficult conversations - Preferred Background - Quality Assurance - Performance Evaluation - Operations Leadership - Talent Assessment - Coaching or Workforce Development - Standards-driven environments - Success in This Role - Only high-quality, prepared EAs advance to client placement - Consistent and objective evaluation decisions - Strong trust from leadership - Reduced client escalations related to readiness - Clear, respectful, and challenging feedback that drives growth - What This Role Is Not - Not a teacher - Not a nurturer - Not responsible for fixing every candidate - Focused on protecting standards, not reducing failure rates - ROLE 2: COACH FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS - Are you a high-standards coach who thrives on transforming good talent into elite strategic partners? - As a Coach for Executive Assistants, you will be responsible for guiding, developing, and elevating Executive Assistants throughout their journey with Superpowers. You will drive performance, accountability, and growth while ensuring every EA meets the Superpowers standard of excellence. - This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, providing direct feedback, and helping professionals unlock their full potential. - Support and coach Executive Assistants during onboarding, transition, and ongoing development - Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly check-ins, and performance reviews - Provide clear, actionable feedback on communication, productivity, systems usage, and daily activity - Develop performance improvement plans when needed - Identify red flags and proactively address concerns - Collaborate with hiring and operations teams to track EA growth - Participate in team meetings and contribute process improvements - Maintain coaching documentation and progress records - Lead onboarding calls for newly matched EAs - Conduct offboarding or termination discussions professionally and empathetically Qualifications - College Graduate - Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching, training, leadership, or people development - Experience in VA, EA, BPO leadership, or workforce coaching environments is highly preferred - Desired Skills - Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of executive support - Ability to deliver direct and constructive feedback - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack - Adaptability in fast-changing environments - Experience with Hubstaff and productivity tracking tools What We're Looking For - You are not simply a cheerleader.
