Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a mission-critical capacity. In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex client objectives and our high-performance technical teams. You will drive deep discovery to align client corporate goals with actionable solutions, ensuring total client satisfaction and continuous performance optimization. This position requires a proactive, analytical leader with domain exposure across heavily regulated industries—including FinTech, Finance, Legal, Healthcare, and Cybersecurity—to deliver tailored, first-class client experiences. Key Responsibilities Strategic Requirements Gathering: Act as a lead consultant to capture high-level business goals, compliance frameworks, and operational workflows, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications. Process & Performance Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and data standards to streamline operations, reduce risk, and exceed baseline performance targets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and external partners to align solution architecture with long-term business strategy. Mission-Critical Execution: Develop a total understanding of client mission objectives to deliver continuous service improvements beyond contract minimums. End-to-End Implementation: Oversee the full deployment lifecycle, leading initial gap assessments, system integrations, and ongoing stakeholder alignment. Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, proactive, and outcome-focused communication across all operational phases to manage expectations and ensure seamless delivery. Qualifications & Key Skills Experience Level: Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within a management consulting firm, professional services agency, or high-touch client-facing equivalent environment. Industry Domain Expertise: Proven track record in complex, highly regulated sectors. Strong preference for candidates with direct exposure to FinTech, Financial Services, Legal/Compliance, Healthcare, or Cybersecurity . Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with software/cloud architecture, data privacy regulations, financial/legal compliance workflows, or cybersecurity operations. Analytical Excellence: Advanced expertise in data analysis, process mapping, risk mitigation, and cost-optimization strategies. Consultative Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex integrations, negotiate technical tradeoffs, and guide high-level client executives through change. Execution Mindset: Highly adaptable and self-driven, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous service improvement.
