The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and ensuring a smooth handoff to drive business growth. but instead of setting appointments, the candidate will transfer interested prospects directly to our Sales Manager. The candidate should have strong English communication skills. Experience in B2B is a plus. While experience in lead sourcing is beneficial, it is not required, as we will provide training for that aspect. Qualifications With BPO experience is a MUST Candidates with experience sourcing potential clients from their previous roles With atleast 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter in a BPO environment A proven track record of exceeding targets, and experience working with international clients (UK, USA). Strong conversational skills, not script-reliant Can build rapport naturally and handle objections effectively Comfortable being on the phone for 7–8 hours daily Must have a complete work-from-home setup Can start ASAP Why Join Us? 100% WFH setup Upon successful completion of 3 months of employment and satisfactory performance, the employee's monthly basic salary may be increased.
