Job Description We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented E-Commerce associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform to ensure an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the e-commerce industry and is knowledgeable of industry best practices. Manage product pricing and inventory levels on multiple online sales platforms Develop and implement processes to improve the customer's online shopping experience Execute online promotions and campaigns to drive sales traffic Optimize website pages for better search engine visibility Research competitive markets and adjust campaigns accordingly Troubleshoot website technical issues as needed Assist with daily product listing Follow up order and delivery Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of eCommerce experience required Knowledgeable in Shopify and marketplaces Product management experience in Shopify required Experience infacebook page ,Instagram ,Google, Tiktok Yutube, and Linkdin sales channel Sales channel experience required across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms Familiar with Excel , world and Photoshop. Photoshop skills required for product photo editing Facebook and google marketing experience prefered
