We are looking for a CRM Manager to oversee CRM operations, data quality, workflows, reporting, and process improvements. This role will work closely with operations and engineering teams and will also manage and review AI-assisted workflows within the CRM. Must Have 8+ years of experience in fund administration, fund servicing, performance analytics, or risk analytics Hands-on experience managing and validating AI-assisted workflows or AI agents Strong experience with reconciliation, compliance reporting, and financial statement review Experience managing CRM data, workflows, or business systems Ability to translate operational and financial requirements into clear specifications for technical teams Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Experience leading a team or coordinating with multiple stakeholders Strong client communication and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field Strong written and verbal English communication skills Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation, accuracy, and organization of CRM data Maintain and improve CRM workflows related to capital accounts, KYC/CRS intake, and reporting Identify, investigate, and resolve CRM data and workflow issues Work with engineering teams to translate fund administration requirements into clear platform specifications Manage and review AI-assisted workflows within the CRM Check AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Improve workflow instructions and prompts based on identified issues Perform reconciliation and review controls before reports are finalized Support recurring client reporting and financial data reviews Maintain process documentation and improve operational procedures Train CRM users and provide guidance on system workflows Coordinate with operations, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth processes Help improve CRM processes as the company expands Plus to Have Experience with FATCA/CRS or KYC processes Experience working with VC or PE funds Background in fund administration for Israeli, Cayman, or US structures Experience working with product, software, or engineering teams Familiarity with AI tools used for business or financial workflows Experience with capital calls, waterfall calculations, carry, or capital accounts Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
