We're looking for someone who can manage a large portfolio of accounts, maintain structure and intent integrity as campaigns scale, oversee PPC Specialists, and ensure performance decisions are executed with accuracy and consistency. What You'll Do Translate strategic direction into scalable campaign execution Manage and oversee a portfolio of paid search accounts Maintain campaign architecture, intent integrity, tracking accuracy, and account organization Monitor account health, pacing, CPA, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and overall performance Review search term direction, match-type strategy, negative keyword logic, conversion signals, and budget allocation Identify risks, inefficiencies, and performance issues before they become larger problems Act as the first escalation point for performance issues, tracking problems, policy concerns, platform disruptions, and budget volatility Guide budget scaling and throttling decisions based on performance capacity and efficiency Review Specialist recommendations and ensure optimizations align with strategic objectives Coach PPC Specialists and help develop stronger, more autonomous operators Deliver executive-level account summaries, recommendations, risks, opportunities, and growth insights to leadership Conduct account audits and identify opportunities for structural improvements Contribute to SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational consistency across the department Required Qualifications 4–6 years of hands-on PPC management experience Advanced Google Ads experience required Experience managing complex account structures and high-spend campaigns Proven ability to translate strategy into execution Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading PPC Specialists Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills High accountability and ownership mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads Conversion tracking Attribution models Budget pacing and forecasting Campaign architecture and account structure Match-type strategy Search term mining Intent classification Performance diagnostics and root cause analysis A/B testing design and interpretation Statistical analysis Executive-level reporting and performance communication Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Ads experience Programmatic advertising experience Agency experience Experience managing large account portfolios Schedule Full-time Tuesday - Saturday, 6am - 3pm (PH time) Occasional flexibility may be required for urgent client situations We have paid leave, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.
