Job Title: Career Coach / Job Readiness Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivating Career Coach to join the MyThorneAI Employment Services team. In this role, you will be the bridge between talent and opportunity, providing personalized guidance to help candidates navigate their career paths, refine their professional branding, and successfully secure employment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 coaching sessions to help candidates identify career goals and overcome employment barriers. Guide candidates through resume optimization, cover letter writing, and professional social media branding . Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback to improve candidate confidence and performance. Monitor candidate progress and maintain updated tracking within our internal systems. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in career coaching, recruitment, or human resources. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, coaching-centered approach. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate portfolios effectively. Pay: Php180\.00 per hour Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
