THIS IS A FULL-TIME REMOTE ROLE. ENGLISH FLUENCY IS REQUIRED. Role Overview We're looking for a highly accurate, detail-oriented Content Publishing Specialist to take finalized content from our writer team and push it live across client WordPress websites. Attention to detail is important in this role. A missed meta tag, a broken image link, or a layout that shifts on mobile can directly impact a page's SEO performance. Accuracy matters more than speed here. You'll work closely with our SEO team and content editors to keep the publishing queue moving cleanly. Key Responsibilities Content Uploads: Build and publish city location pages, service pages, and blog content to client sites using established templates. Content Updates: Replace outdated images, headers, internal links, and body copy on live pages without disrupting layout or performance. On-Page SEO: Accurately populate title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, image alt text, and URL slugs exactly as provided by the editorial team. Redirects: Set up 301 redirects whenever a URL slug changes on an existing page. Media Prep: Compress and correctly size images before upload. QA: Check every page on desktop and mobile before marking a task complete. Verify layout, button links, and media display. Clear caches in the correct sequence after publishing. Task Management: Keep ClickUp content tasks current and flag blockers or missing assets to your team lead promptly. Qualifications WordPress Proficiency (required): Hands-on experience uploading and formatting content in WordPress. We primarily use Oxygen Builder, but you should also be comfortable in Elementor, Gutenberg and have working HTML/CSS basics. Template Adherence: Ability to learn an established page template and follow it exactly, every time, without improvising. Attention to Detail: This is the core requirement. Consistent accuracy when copying formatting, updating links, and swapping media. Basic SEO Awareness: Understanding of heading hierarchy, meta tags, alt text, and internal linking, and why precision in these fields matters. Communication: Clear, prompt written communication in ClickUp and Slack. Preferred: Prior agency experience where speed, multitasking, and detail were required. Position Details Type: Full-time contract, temporary (3 months initially) Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time. Specific days to be agreed on at hire. Additional days may become available as volume grows. Volume: 35+ content pieces per week to start, with the goal of increasing over time. Compensation $1800-$2200 USD per month, paid monthly, based on experience. Location: Remote Growth: Strong potential to move into a permanent role based on accuracy, throughput, and reliability.
