We’re looking for a GoHighLevel & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and maintain our client’s Go High-level account and support their online advertising activities. Your main responsibility will be to keep Go High-level updated, organized, and properly connected with Meta and Google, while helping manage the scheduling, lead follow-ups, and advertising activities from one central system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already familiar with Go High-level, Meta Ads, and Google Ads and enjoys managing marketing systems, keeping things organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly. What You'll Do Manage and regularly update the client’s Go High-level account Schedule and manage marketing activities through Go High-level Maintain and monitor connections between Go High-level, Meta, and Google Manage lead information, follow-ups, appointments, and communications within Go HighLevel Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns and scheduled communications Assist with managing Meta and Google Ads Monitor basic campaign performance, leads, and ad activity Make regular updates and adjustments based on campaign results Ensure scheduled campaigns, automations, and communications are running properly Keep the Go High-level account organized and up to date What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with Go High-level Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Familiarity with CRM, email/SMS marketing, and marketing automation Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing schedules and multiple campaigns Proactive and comfortable working independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Must be actively seeking full-time work with no other job commitments Must be willing to work 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time English Proficiency is not a requirement output and results matter more than perfect spoken or written English.
