We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant to help maintain the highest standards across our content and services. The QA Assistant will review podcast episodes, social media content, client deliverables, and platform outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring that our productions meet internal standards, client expectations, and brand guidelines before release. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality checks on audio content, video edits, marketing materials, and other client deliverables. Ensure that all outputs meet established quality standards for clarity, technical excellence, brand compliance, and client-specific requirements. Review and validate podcast episode edits, ad placements, show notes, and publishing details. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or technical issues (e.g., audio glitches, wrong logos, inaccurate information) and provide clear feedback for revisions. Collaborate closely with production, creatives, and accounts teams to improve processes and workflows based on quality reviews. Maintain documentation of QA findings, tracking issues, trends, and opportunities for quality improvements. Continuously seek ways to enhance the QA process through new tools, automation ideas, or workflow adjustments. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Quality Management, or a related field. At least 6 months of relevant experience in quality assurance, content production, editing, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome.) Available to work part-time/weekend (Sat and Sun at 12pm - 9pm). Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for inconsistencies, errors, and improvements. Good understanding of audio and video production basics, including sound clarity, file formats, and timelines. Familiarity with project management or QA tools such as Trello or Airtable.
