Adarna Medical Aesthetics is looking for a Social Media Manager who can help keep our content organized, consistent, and properly executed across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and structured, and who understands the importance of detail, timing, and brand alignment in day-to-day social media work. You will be working with beauty-focused visual content alongside models and collaborators, helping maintain a polished, editorial-style online presence grounded in professionalism, precision, and natural-looking results. Role Overview This is an execution-focused role with a strong organizational component. You will be working within an established brand direction and content system, and your role will be to help ensure that content is: - properly organized - clearly communicated - consistently deployed - aligned with brand standards - reviewed carefully before publishing This role also includes light content production, especially for Stories and day-to-day social media support. While this may not always involve large-scale editorial production, it does require visual awareness, good judgment, and the ability to create content that looks clean, thoughtful, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms - Write captions using clear, natural, brand-aligned structure - Maintain posting consistency and update content calendars and trackers - Organize content assets, folders, and publishing references - Create simple daily story content such as BTS, polls, updates, and light engagement posts - Produce light social media content when needed, particularly for Stories and quick platform support - Coordinate with models, collaborators, and partners when needed - Assist during shoot days when needed - Monitor comments, messages, and social media activity when assigned - Help keep content deployment accurate, timely, and organized - Raise missing assets, blockers, or corrections early so content can move smoothly What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: - detail-oriented and organized - clear and professional in communication - comfortable working within systems and workflows - able to manage multiple moving parts with consistency - open to feedback and able to apply adjustments well - attentive to quality before sending or publishing - visually aware, with an eye for clean, polished, professional presentation Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in social media, content coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role or a strong portfolio with relevant hands-on experience - Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stories, and platform formatting - Strong caption writing and content organization skills - Comfortable managing trackers, calendars, and structured content deployment - Basic understanding of engagement metrics and content performance - Able to communicate clearly with internal team members and external collaborators - Comfortable working in a small team setup - Applicants should have access to a reliable laptop or desktop for remote work - Strong eye for design and professional detail is a must Strong Advantage - Portfolio reflects strong visual taste and refined aesthetic judgment - Experience handling beauty, lifestyle, or editorial-style content - Experience creating story content or simple day-to-day brand content - Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, or similar tools - Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting support, research, or workflow assistance Work Setup Work Setup: Hybrid On-site: Tuesday and Thursday, \+ Shoot days Las Piñas Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with flexibility when needed for shoot days or priority tasks Compensation Salary offer will depend on experience, portfolio, and demonstrated fit for the role Application Instructions Send your application to: careers @ adarnaclinic. com (Edit spacing) Subject: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER APPLICATION – \[FULL NAME] Please include: - Resume - Portfolio - Sample works - Short introduction - Expected monthly salary - Current area of residence - Earliest available start date Applications with portfolios that reflect strong aesthetic judgment, careful execution, and a polished visual standard will be given preference
