Work Arrangements Work Location: Quiapo, Manila Work Shift: Monday - Saturday (8:00am - 5: 00pm) Work Set-up: Onsite Job Description Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations based on customer requirements. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments. Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, bill of materials (BOM), and solution designs. Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and project requirement analysis. Develop network and security system architectures for SMB and enterprise customers. Configure, and troubleshoot networking and security products. Provide technical support for Ruijie, Reyee switches, routers, wireless access points, and cloud-managed networking solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Knowledge of Wi-Fi networking solutions. Managed switches, routers, access points, CCTV systems, NVR, and video surveillance. Basic network design and troubleshooting. Experience with Ruijie, Reyee and Dahua products is an advantage. Able to perform device setup, configuration, and onsite troubleshooting. Familiar with remote support and system monitoring tools. Good communication and presentation skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple technical concerns. Willing to travel for client support and project deployment if needed. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
