Reporting to the TA Lead, you'll play a key role in building the independent talent pipeline that supports our organization's growth. Candidate Screening & Coordination: Screen and coordinate candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience throughout. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead and Director of Talent Acquisition to identify qualified candidates and keep the recruitment process running smoothly. ATS & Recruitment Data Management: Manage recruitment data through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date. Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening LAdmins' employer brand to attract top remote talent. Required Skills & Qualification s 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role Experience working with or supporting U.S.-based clients or teams Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience recruiting for remote or offshore roles is a plus Work Setup & Collaboration This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working daily alongside a U.S.-based team. Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace are expected.
