Rewards will follow as we achieve targets. • uRent Property Ecosystem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Specialist to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across the business. You will serve as the AI Specialist reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to support business objectives. • Build and optimize AI workflows, automations, chatbots, and integrations. • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through AI and automation. • Develop advanced prompts and AI frameworks for various business functions. • Integrate AI tools with existing platforms, APIs, and business systems. • Analyze data and provide AI-driven insights and recommendations. • Train and mentor team members on AI tools, best practices, and adoption strategies. • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. • Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an AI Specialist, AI Engineer, Automation Specialist, or similar role. • Strong hands-on experience with AI platforms, including Perplexity AI , ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other leading AI tools. • Experience using Obsidian for knowledge management, documentation, research organization, and AI-assisted workflows. • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow design. • Experience creating and managing knowledge bases, documentation systems, and interconnected information repositories using Obsidian. • Experience building AI-powered automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate. • Proficiency in Python, API integrations, and AI tool implementation. • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and deliver measurable results through AI solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to train teams on AI tools, knowledge management systems, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating AI tools with Obsidian or other knowledge management platforms. • Familiarity with Markdown, documentation frameworks, and personal knowledge management (PKM) methodologies. • Experience deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
