Assistant Project Manager (Remote)US Residential Construction Projects Part-Time with Potential to Transition to Full-Time About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support a US-based client in managing residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction, project planning, estimating, scheduling, contractor coordination, procurement, and project documentation. Experience working with US residential construction projects is required. This is a remote part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating residential construction projects Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and construction documents Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and progress monitoring Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and project records Assist with cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, BOQs, and budgeting activities Prepare scopes of work (SOW), bid packages, and subcontractor documentation Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors Assist with procurement activities and subcontractor bid reviews Conduct virtual project inspections through photos, videos, reports, and project updates Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and escalate when needed Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Support project meetings and document action items and decisions Assist with contract administration and project closeout documentation Required Qualifications Experience supporting residential construction projects Experience working with US-based residential construction projects (Required) Strong project planning and coordination skills Experience with cost estimating, BOQs, quantity takeoffs, and budgeting Experience preparing scopes of work (SOW) and bid packages Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with wood-framed residential construction Experience conducting virtual inspections and remote project monitoring Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field Schedule Remote US Client Fixed Schedule Monday to Thursday 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM Philippine Time To Apply Please send the following to: marydomanceglamping@gmail.com Updated Resume Summary of US residential construction experience Experience with project planning, estimating, and project coordination Experience with wood-framed residential construction (if applicable) Weekly availability Expected monthly salary Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
