Job Description An Agency Unit Head’s responsibilities include recruitment and training of Agency Unit Manager (AUM) and Health Benefits Agents (HBA). An AUH shall train, supervise, coordinate and direct the activities of his/her unit. Key Responsibilities Canvassing and account maintenance Operates as a contact person for assigned clients Communicates client needs and demands to Maxicare Ensures yearly renewal of closed accounts Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Coordinates with unit members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Collaborates with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within the account Assists with clients’ demands, requests, and escalations.
