Key Responsibilities Process long-form podcast episodes into short-form clips and build multi-day clip rollouts across all platforms Publish content daily across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Spotify, keeping a consistent posting cadence with no gaps Write and refine captions, descriptions, and metadata so every post sounds human and on-brand — treating AI output as a draft, never a finished deliverable Perform full YouTube SEO on every upload: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, closed captions, end screens, and playlists Manually tag relevant businesses and accounts where scheduling tools fall short Coordinate thumbnails by submitting briefs ahead of publish deadlines and confirming approved thumbnails are in place before videos go public Respond to comments and DMs across all platforms within 24 hours to build genuine community engagement Audit and re-optimize an existing back catalog of roughly 500 published videos — re-editing, refreshing thumbnails, and updating metadata to improve visibility and SEO Monitor analytics across platforms, identify what is working, and bring data-backed recommendations to grow the channel Track algorithm and platform trend changes and proactively flag strategic opportunities Deliver daily progress updates via Loom, including publishing proof, key metrics, and the next day's plan Mandatory Skills: Proven experience managing social media for a YouTube channel, podcast, or long-form video brand Hands-on proficiency with clip-generation and multi-platform scheduling tools (Opus Clips, Repurpose.io, Publer, or equivalents) Strong YouTube SEO skills, including titles, tags, metadata, chapters, and captions Advanced working knowledge of YouTube Studio Skilled at writing platform-specific, human-sounding captions while keeping a consistent brand voice Solid ability to interpret analytics, watch time, and retention data Community management experience (comments and DMs), not just scheduling posts Comfortable with daily Loom-style reporting and proactive communication Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently Strong communication skills Preferred Skills: Track record of growing a channel or audience organically Familiarity with TubeBuddy or VidIQ Background in business, entrepreneurial, or local-interest content Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar Experience building evergreen content systems Ability to take true ownership of a channel and contribute strategy beyond execution Why Join Us: This is a true ownership role for someone who wants to drive a channel forward, not just clear a task list.
