We are a growing international organisation working across the legal, technology, consulting, and professional services sectors. Our company is expanding globally and we are currently building a high-performing Lead Generation and Customer Service Team based in the Philippines to support our international operations. About The Role We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and confident individuals based in the Philippines to join our: Level 1 — Lead Generation Team (Telemarketing / Cold Calling) This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, customer service experience, telemarketing experience, or sales/cold-calling backgrounds who are comfortable speaking with international clients in the US and UK markets. You will support: CRM product lead generation Cold calling and outbound telemarketing campaigns Customer service and help desk support Appointment setting and client follow-up International law firms and business consulting operations Lead qualification and conversion activities You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and will play an important role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining excellent customer experiences. Compensation \& Incentives Starting Salary: $750 – 1,000 USD per month (depending on experience) Performance Bonuses: Additional $100 – $500 USD per month based on: o Lead generation performanceo Appointment conversionso Sales targetso Customer service qualityHigh-performing team members will have opportunities for salary reviews, promotions, and long-term career growth.
