JGAC Technologies Co.
JGAC Technologies Co. is in a high-growth phase. We are a lean, agile team where every member’s contribution is visible and vital. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive who doesn’t just want to "follow a process," but wants to own one. If you are a high-performer who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds satisfaction in building things from the ground up, this is your territory. \ THE MISSION: END-TO-END OWNERSHIP In a growing B2B firm, the "sales" role extends beyond the handshake. You aren't just a voice on the phone; you are a business partner. This role is 100% Work-From-Home (indefinitely) and requires a professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats to ensure the success of both the client and the company. \ THE "LEAN & AGILE" MINDSET We don't believe in "that’s not my job." We are looking for: The Resourceful Architect: You find ways to win even when the roadmap is still being written. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating your own momentum. Operational Grit: You understand that in a growing company, success often requires staying close to the details—from the initial lead generation to ensuring the final delivery meets your personal standards of excellence. Post-Sale Advocacy: You have a "client-first" heart. You don't disappear once the contract is signed; you ensure the solution works, proving that your word is your bond. \ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Strategic Market Penetration: Actively hunt and secure B2B accounts within Bulacan, CAMANAVA, and Quezon City, focusing on high-value IT hardware and software solutions. Adaptive Problem Solving: Work closely with leadership to refine our sales outreach, identifying new opportunities where our technology can solve real-world business bottlenecks. Full-Spectrum Management: Take personal responsibility for the client journey. You will coordinate between the client’s needs and our internal capabilities to ensure seamless execution. Revenue Growth: Meet targets through a combination of relentless prospecting and deep relationship management. \ QUALIFICATIONS Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in B2B IT Hardware and Software Sales is highly preferred. You should have stories of how you hit targets in challenging or "startup" environments and is comfortable in discussing both physical infrastructure and digital tools. Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss enterprise-level hardware and software ecosystems with confidence. Autonomy: You are self-managed. You don't need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone; you are driven by your own high standards and the Base Salary + Competitive Commission structure. Residency: Ideally based in Bulacan, CAMANAVA, or Quezon City. \ THE JGAC ADVANTAGE Direct Impact: Your work won't be buried in layers of corporate bureaucracy. You will see the direct result of your effort on our company's growth. Indefinite Remote Work: We trust our team to deliver results from wherever they are most productive. Uncapped Growth: As the company scales, those who demonstrated "owner-level" commitment will be the ones leading our future teams. \ HOW TO APPLY To complete your application: Complete the built-in LinkedIn screening questions. Attach your resume and cover letter to this application. In your cover letter, please share a specific time you faced a major obstacle (e.g., resource constraints or a technical glitch) and walk us through how you handled it to protect the client relationship and save the deal.
