What You'll Do As a UI Designer at Frost, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, project managers, and strategists to create intuitive, visually compelling, and production-ready digital experiences. You'll be responsible for designing high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications, creating reusable design systems, and ensuring every design is polished, consistent, and developer-ready. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities On a typical project, you will: Design high-fidelity screens, user flows, and responsive layouts for web and mobile applications. Create and maintain scalable UI style guides covering typography, color, iconography, grids, spacing, and reusable components. Build pixel-perfect, production-ready UI components that are organized, consistent, and easy for developers to implement. Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to transform concepts into polished user interfaces. Produce visual execution studies using illustration, photography, and other creative assets to explore design directions. Support developers during Design QA to ensure the final product accurately reflects the approved designs. Continuously improve existing interfaces and design systems based on user feedback and project requirements. Design graphic assets for client and internal projects, including websites, mobile apps, branding, logos, icons, illustrations, social media content, and print materials. Participate in sprint planning, design critiques, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. Assist senior designers in client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials when needed. What You Should Know You should be confident in: Designing intuitive user interfaces, screen flows, and interaction states. Creating reusable, scalable UI components with pixel-perfect precision. Building responsive grid systems for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences. Developing and maintaining design systems, including typography, color palettes, spacing, layouts, and components. Applying strong visual hierarchy, consistency, accessibility, and modern UI best practices. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: At least 1 year of professional experience in UI Design, Product Design, or Visual Design. A strong design portfolio showcasing high-quality web and mobile interface projects. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A proactive mindset with the willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned tasks. The ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve.
