Mechtric is a national Australian distributor of industrial electrical and mechanical components, operating across five branches Australia-wide. We're growing our internal sales support capability and looking for a technically strong, articulate professional to support our Australian sales team and customers across the full pre- and post-sale cycle. This is a permanent, full-time remote role working Australian Eastern business hours. What you'll do: - Provide pre-sales technical support: interpret customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and prepare accurate quotations. - Handle post-sales support: order follow-up, delivery coordination, returns, and issue resolution. - Answer technical product enquiries on industrial electrical components (contactors, circuit breakers, relays, sensors, control gear, and similar). - Support our branch sales representatives with product selection, cross-referencing, and documentation. - Liaise professionally with Australian customers and internal teams by phone and email. What you'll need: - An electrical qualification: an Electrical Engineering degree OR an electrical trade certificate, plus genuine hands-on electrical experience. - Exceptional spoken and written English. This is essential and will be assessed. - Confidence dealing with customers and sales reps live during Australian business hours. - Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude. - Reliable home internet and a quiet, professional remote work setup. Hours: Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern business hours (approx. 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time). Pay: PHP 50,000 to 90,000 per month, depending on experience. Location: Remote (Philippines).
