Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller and Pre-Sales Representative based in the Philippines. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, initiating outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position requiring high energy, resilience, and excellent communication skills. Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to targeted lead lists. Engage prospects effectively using our proven scripts and frameworks. Qualify leads by identifying their pain points, budget, and decision-making authority. Handle objections professionally and pivot conversations toward value. Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the senior sales team. Update our CRM database accurately after every call. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or BPO sales. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent. Proven ability to handle high-volume rejection while maintaining enthusiasm. Experience navigating gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers. High level of discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Basic experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and VoIP dialers. Technical and Home Office Requirements Dedicated, quiet home office space free from background noise. High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload) with a backup connection. Desktop or laptop computer (Core i5 or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM).
