Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Manager role will make an impact: Key Responsibilities for this role include: The Marketing Manager for Omnichannel & NPI is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth for Viatris Philippines. The role combines strategic brand management, customer experience excellence, digital transformation, launch readiness, and commercial execution across therapeutic areas and product portfolios. This position partners closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Communications, Trade & Channel teams, regional/global stakeholders, agencies, and healthcare professionals to deliver impactful customer-centric programs that enhance brand performance, customer experience, and business outcomes Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute robust brand strategies aligned with global and regional directions while adapting to local market dynamics. Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics. Develop product roadmaps, marketing plans, and customer engagement strategies that support sustainable brand growth. Conceptualize, implement, and monitor integrated marketing communication programs to strengthen market positioning and drive business performance. Translate customer, stakeholder, and field force insights into actionable strategies and tactical plans. Monitor brand, market, and competitive performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives. Ensure timely delivery of promotional resources and support to the field force. Achieve sales, market share, profit, and business performance targets within approved marketing investments. Manage sales forecasts, inventory planning, and A&P budgets to optimize business outcomes. Omnichannel Strategy & Customer Experience Lead the development and execution of Viatris Philippines' omnichannel and customer experience strategy. Champion a customer-centric approach by optimizing engagement across physical and digital touchpoints. Evaluate customer journeys and recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and engagement. Drive adoption of digital channels and innovative customer engagement solutions across brands and therapeutic areas. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to embed customer experience management principles into commercial execution. Monitor channel performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize programs. Identify emerging technologies and digital innovations that can enhance customer experience and commercial effectiveness. Ensure all digital initiatives comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and channel standards. Lead relationships with digital platforms, vendors, and agencies to ensure effective execution of omnichannel programs. Launch Readiness & Launch Excellence Lead cross-functional launch readiness planning for new product introductions, line extensions, and key brand initiatives. Develop comprehensive launch plans covering marketing, medical, sales, regulatory, market access, supply chain, trade, and customer engagement requirements. Establish launch milestones, governance processes, success metrics, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time and successful launches. Assess market readiness, customer insights, competitive landscape, and stakeholder needs to optimize launch strategies. Ensure field force preparedness through development of training materials, launch toolkits, product knowledge programs, and customer engagement plans. Coordinate launch communication plans across internal and external stakeholders. Track launch performance against key success indicators and implement rapid adjustments to maximize market uptake. Drive launch excellence best practices and capture learnings to strengthen future launches. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Communications, Trade & Channel teams, KOLs, healthcare professionals, and agencies. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of brand strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Work closely with regional and global teams to align local priorities with broader organizational objectives. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to support brand growth and scientific engagement. Manage agency and vendor performance to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business goals. The Marketing Manager adheres to company values, policies, and procedures in the performance of the job. This also includes compliance to business code of conduct and ethical standards. The minimum qualifications and key requirements for this role are: Bachelor’s degree in science or any other related discipline. Experience and exposure to pharmaceutical business and working culture, at least as medical representative sales experience. At least 5 years brand marketing experience in pharmaceuticals. Experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area is an advantage. Track record in defending and growing established brands even in a genericized, regulated environment. Experience in trade programs (retail), liaising between marketing and sales. With OTC or consumer health background is an advantage.
