We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design and print production workflows. This is a specialized design role focused on creating packaging artwork, dielines, and production-ready files for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Create packaging designs, artwork, and patterned graphics for products such as packaging, scrapbooking papers, and embellishments Develop packaging dielines for various structures including rigid boxes, folding cartons, and e-commerce packaging Prepare print-ready production files in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats Set up files with correct structure including bleed, dielines, and layered elements (CMYK, spot colors, foil, UV, embossing, varnish, etc.) Ensure accuracy of files for mass production and manufacturing requirements Create sample marketing materials such as product folders and printed mockups Collaborate with production teams to ensure correct execution of designs in manufacturing Support occasional web graphics or digital assets. Qualifications 3 years experience working with US based companies. 3-5 years strong experience in packaging design and print production Experience in Manufacturing is required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop required) Experience creating packaging dielines and production-ready artwork Strong understanding of print manufacturing processes (offset, UV, digital, etc.) Knowledge of post-press processes such as foil stamping, embossing, varnish, and lamination Experience preparing layered print files (CMYK, spot colors, special finishes) Familiarity with packaging or paper-based products is a strong advantage Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer Remote work setup Exposure to US-based clients and international accounting standards Opportunity to work in a fast-paced consulting environment Career growth into senior finance or accounting leadership roles Collaborative and professional team culture Pay: Php87,700\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
