Job Summary The Art Director leads the execution of creative concepts across campaigns and platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone, strategy, and creative goals; oversees design direction, layout, and visual consistency. This role is also responsible for guiding designers and collaborating with writers, strategists, and accounts teams in delivering impactful creative work. Responsibilities Lead the execution of creative concepts and strategies across campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone, strategy, and messaging. Lead the creation and development of key visuals to guide overall design direction and visual storytelling. Oversee design, layout, and visual consistency across all creative outputs. Recommend innovative ways to present art and multimedia concepts and formats, ensuring outputs are effective and engaging. This includes encouraging juniors in providing output showcasing originality or uniqueness that will not compromise the brand's visual identity. Review, supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality visual execution and adherence to brand guidelines and project brief while providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills and creative approach. Collaborate with copywriters, multimedia designers, and accounts teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions in refining design concepts and visual direction. Handle client-facing presentations and pitches by providing: key visuals, design mock ups, concept boards and presentations. Ensure timely and efficient execution of all design elements, meeting both creative and project deadlines. Actively design and produce high-quality creative assets. Handle and respond accordingly to complaints, delays and issues and provide recommendations to prevent and mitigate the same issues to recur. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in multimedia arts, fine arts, graphic design, film or related field 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience In-depth knowledge of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk, Computer Animation, and other forms of graphics and video software Knowledge of 3d modelling and structures Excellent skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams and other online meeting and working platforms Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in flexible hour Proficient in the use of the following software: Computer animation, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe after effect, Flash, Dreamweaver, Autodesk and other forms of graphics and audio software Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time Pay: Up to Php70,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in a similar role?
