Role Overview Prime Air Solutions is a rapidly growing HVAC and Electrical services provider operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Currently, our two branches operate on separate Field Service Management (FSM) systems— Aroflo in Brisbane and Simpro on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Technical Operations \& BI Analyst to bridge this gap. This is a crucial, two-phase initiative: first, you will lead the clean migration and consolidation of our data into a single Aroflo ecosystem. Second, you will design and build custom business intelligence dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into job tracking, expenses, and net profitability. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities \& Scope of Work Phase 1: System Unification \& Data Migration Audit \& Map Data: Extract all historical and active data from the Gold Coast Simpro account. Audit the datasets for duplicates, formatting errors, and obsolete client profiles to ensure a clean migration slate. Database Consolidation: Map Simpro database fields precisely to Aroflo's layout. Execute the secure migration of customer records, asset histories, supplier lists, and open work orders into a single, unified Aroflo instance for both branches. Process Documentation: Draft simple "How-To" reference guides for the administrative and field staff to help them adapt smoothly to the unified Aroflo system. Phase 2: Business Intelligence \& Dashboarding Infrastructure Setup: Connect to the unified Aroflo instance via API or secure data exports to establish an automated operational data pipeline. Dashboard Development: Design and deploy custom, real-time tracking dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or advanced Excel setups). Profitability Tracking: Focus the dashboards on core operational metrics: Gross Profit, Overhead Expenses, and Net Profit . These reports must achieve maximum data integrity to support a future company-wide profit-sharing scheme. Proactive System Optimization: Continuously evaluate data workflows and proactively suggest structural improvements to help streamline operations. Requirements Requirements Experience \& Hard Requirements Trade Services Software: Minimum 2 years of direct experience working with Australian field service software—specifically Aroflo, Simpro, or ServiceM8 . You must understand how trade scheduling, quotes, inventory, and job costing interact. Data Migration: Minimum 2 years of experience extracting, cleaning, mapping, and importing CSV/Excel databases between software platforms without data loss. Business Intelligence: Minimum 2 years of experience building automated financial or operational dashboards. Financial Literacy: A strong grasp of core business financial tracking, specifically the difference between gross job profitability and net company profit margins. Soft Skills Consultative Approach: A proactive mindset. You don't just take instructions; you spot bottlenecks, flag data discrepancies, and offer technical solutions.
