Working at Sitruna This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines only. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday. What is the role about? Take full ownership of driving growth and retention for a high-volume portfolio of client accounts Partner with clients to establish and execute quarterly and annual growth strategies, focusing on long-term brand direction over basic operational tasks Serve as the primary point of contact, confidently leading client calls and challenging strategies when necessary to drive results Monitor account KPIs to deliver weekly reports and lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews Manage internal account workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and actively build internal processes like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Proactively identify and resolve Amazon-related challenges, including inventory, pricing, and competitor threats Identify commercial opportunities to pitch additional internal services and maximize account value Who are we looking for? You are a strategic and growth-minded Amazon expert who will lead a portfolio of client accounts. Moving beyond day-to-day operations, you will focus on long-term brand equity, client retention, and revenue growth. You have deep, practical knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, strong project management skills, and the confidence to lead client relationships and direct internal teams. You must be target-driven, a proactive problem solver, and highly organized. You must be currently residing in the Philippines.
