Social Media Representative — Wish Granted (Cebu, Philippines) About the Company Wish Granted is a fast-growing, premium home services company based in Huntington Beach, California. With 350\+ five-star Google reviews, we are known for professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service. We are expanding our operations and building a dedicated team in Cebu. We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Representative to manage and grow Wish Granted's online presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for creating daily content, engaging with our audience, managing our business profiles, and building traction across social media channels. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who lives and breathes social media. What You Will Do Create and publish daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Nextdoor Design professional, on-brand graphics and content using Canva Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile to maximize visibility and engagement Manage and respond to reviews and messages on our Yelp profile Manage our LinkedIn company profile and groups to grow professional presence Collect and organize job photos and content from our field platforms for use in posts Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness Monitor analytics and report performance metrics to leadership Stay current on social media trends and apply best practices to our content strategy Engage with customers, respond to comments, and build community across all platforms What We Are Looking For College degree required Minimum 4 years of social media management experience Expert-level proficiency in Canva — portfolio required Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles and Yelp business profiles Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and groups Active experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Nextdoor Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and growth tactics Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Minimal English accent is mandatory for any video or voice content Creative eye for design and storytelling Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily content requirements Comfortable working under the high standards and expectations of a US-based company Compensation \& Growth Starting pay: ₱300/hour ($5 USD/hour) Maximum pay: ₱600/hour ($10 USD/hour) Pay is tracked through Hubstaff based on attendance and efficiency Every month your Hubstaff efficiency average is 50% or above and you have no late arrivals or missed shifts, you receive a ₱8,960/month ($1 USD/hour) raise Efficiency is averaged over the entire month, not measured per day Example: After 2 strong months, you would be earning ₱420/hour ($7 USD/hour) How Deductions Work Each late arrival, missed shift, or monthly efficiency average below 50% results in a ₱8,960/month ($1 USD/hour) deduction per occurrence Minimum pay floor is ₱300/hour ($5 USD/hour) Employees consistently at the minimum who continue missing metrics will receive a formal warning and may face termination Time Off 4 hours of PTO accrued every month Every year of employment, you earn 1 additional hour of PTO per month (Year 2 \= 5 hours/month, Year 3 \= 6 hours/month, and so on) PTO can be used for sick leave without penalty Maximum PTO that can be held at any one time is 10 days All time-off requests must be submitted at least 1 week in advance Work Schedule 5 days per week, 10 hours per day Work hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT) 1 hour unpaid lunch break Two 10-minute paid breaks per day On-site in Consolacion, Cebu — in-person attendance is mandatory, remote work is not available How to Apply Submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio or examples of your previous social media work and Canva designs.
