We're seeking a Senior Finance Officer to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide valuable financial insights that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management. Support business planning, cost analysis, and investment evaluations. Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, inventory, and balance sheet accounts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements. Tax & Compliance Prepare and review tax filings and statutory reports. Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies during audits and inspections. Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary process improvements. Treasury & Cash Management Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Manage banking transactions and account reconciliations. Assist in cash forecasting and fund management. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain healthy cash flow. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial policies. Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial governance. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and operational efficiency. Support internal and external audit activities. Business Support Partner with various departments to provide financial guidance and analysis. Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Assist in cost optimization initiatives and profitability analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is highly preferred. At least 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting. Experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, or multinational companies is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial reporting or BI tools is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
