Your Role: The Copywriting Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Copywriting Team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client requirements and business goals. The role serves as a bridge between the production team and Operations leadership by managing workflows, monitoring SLAs, driving quality standards, and supporting team development through coaching and mentoring. The Team Lead also partners with the Learning & Development in onboarding and capability-building initiatives to enhance team performance and writing standards. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop the Copywriting Team to drive performance, writing quality, and productivity. Manage daily production workflows, task assignments, and SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Review copywriting outputs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with client requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Monitor team performance, address operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding, recruitment, reporting, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience leading a team of content creators (copywriters, editors, social media, SEO, or related roles). Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Willing to work on a night shift schedule and Philippine holidays.
