About The Role - Listed Creative is looking for a Video Producer to join our dynamic team. You'll lead the full creative process of video production, from concept development to post-production delivery. Working closely with clients, directors, editors, and fellow creatives, you'll help bring bold ideas to life and ensure every project is executed seamlessly, on time, and on brand. - This is a full-time remote position , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end production process for video projects, including concept development, pre-production planning, shooting schedules, and post-production. - Collaborate and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, creative direction, and deliverables. - Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production briefs in line with brand and campaign goals. - Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and designers to ensure creative consistency. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution. - Oversee quality control for all video outputs, ensuring they meet client expectations and Listed Creative's standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging digital content formats. Requirements - 3+ years of experience as Producer in video production, advertising, or a related field. - Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, shooting, and post-production). - Advanced knowledge of AI tools for image and video gen, voiceover, scripting, storyboarding, and workflow. - Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills. - Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and design. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Experience working with remote teams and clients across different time zones is a plus What We Offer - Fully remote and flexible working environment. - Opportunity to collaborate with a creative, supportive, and global team. - Exposure to diverse projects and brands across Southeast Asia and beyond. - Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.
