We are currently looking for an organized, reliable, and warm Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, drive new opportunities, and help keep our business running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively search for and identify potential leads, build quality contact lists, and maintain active pipelines. Cold Calling: Make warm and cold outreach calls to prospective buyers, sellers, or leads with a polite, engaging, and professional phone presence. Appointment Setting: Qualify prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments or discovery calls directly onto our team's calendar. Client & Lead Communication: Warmly handle inbound and outbound inquiries via email, chat, or phone; assist with prompt follow-ups to nurture leads. Administrative & CRM Support: Manage schedules, organize property listings, track deal deadlines, and keep client/lead records updated in our CRM. Marketing Support: Help prepare property flyers, organize email newsletters, and keep social media listings up to date. Qualifications Proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with hands-on background in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor over the phone. Strong working knowledge of real estate platforms, CRM tools, and dialers (e.g., Google Workspace, Podio, Mojo Dialer, KVCore, or Canva). High resilience, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
