Our platform supports clients, brokers, lenders, and internal teams through digital application forms, finance workflows, lender matching, document handling, and partner portals. We need someone who can turn complex finance topics into simple, trustworthy content for short-form videos, static posts, LinkedIn posts, and client education material. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing hooks, scripts, captions, carousel copy, and practical educational content. Key Responsibilities Write short-form video scripts for founder-led content Turn voice notes, rough ideas, and platform updates into polished content Create copy for static posts, LinkedIn posts, carousel posts, captions, and CTAs Develop weekly content themes for clients, brokers, referral partners, and business owners Write educational content explaining finance, lending, applications, broker workflows, and platform features Work with our content editor/designer to provide clear post copy and creative direction Create multiple hook options for each video or post Help maintain a content calendar and organise ideas by audience and campaign Adapt one idea into multiple formats, such as video script, LinkedIn post, carousel, and caption Ensure all content sounds professional, clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand About You Strong English writing skills Experience writing social media content, short-form scripts, captions, ads, or LinkedIn posts Able to simplify complex topics without making them sound generic Good understanding of hooks, attention, structure, and calls to action Comfortable writing for professional services, finance, B2B, fintech, or business audiences Organised and able to work from briefs, voice notes, or rough ideas Good judgement around tone: professional, direct, helpful, and credible Able to collaborate with a remote team across Australia and the Philippines Based in Davao City preferred, but strong Philippines-based applicants will be considered Nice to Have Experience writing for finance, lending, property, mortgage broking, accounting, or professional services Familiarity with LinkedIn content, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook content Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Docs, or project management tools Experience supporting founder-led or personal-brand content What Success Looks Like 3-5 short-form video scripts per week 2-3 static or LinkedIn posts per week Clear hooks and CTAs for each piece of content Stronger consistency across our marketing messages Content that helps clients and partners understand the platform and take action Why Join Us Work with a growing finance technology platform Help shape our content voice from an early stage Get exposure to fintech, lending, broker workflows, and platform marketing Work directly with the business owner and content editor Davao-based candidates preferred, with flexible remote work available How To Apply Please send: Your CV or LinkedIn profile 2-3 examples of social media copy, short-form scripts, or professional content you have written Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
