Job Responsibilities: Work on multiple AI-driven projects simultaneously, from early exploration through rapid, hands-on development and release. Build and iterate on AI-powered avatar experiences for use across our live streamed products. Work with voice and audio generation technologies to create AI-generated voice and sound content. Develop real-time analytics systems to evaluate system data, streamer performance and player behavior as it happens real-time. Use AI tools to develop and execute systems for growth initiatives, including user acquisition and revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven ideas from concept to working product quickly. Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools, models, and platforms to identify new opportunities across the company. Stay current with the fast-moving AI landscape and proactively bring new tools and techniques into the team’s workflow. Required Skills and Experience: A genuine passion for AI, with a strong belief that AI is paramount to how work gets done and will transform business productivity and market success. Demonstrated success in implementing AI in professional and/or academic settings, with the ability to demo such projects as part of the hiring process Newly graduated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; we are equally open to candidates of all experience levels. Hands-on experience or strong personal projects using AI tools, LLM APIs, or AI-assisted development platforms. Software programming and scripting ability (e.g., Python, JavaScript) sufficient to build and rapidly iterate on applications. Comfort working across multiple concurrent, fast-moving projects ranging between well defined and experimental Interest or experience in areas such as avatar technology, real-time data systems, or voice/audio generation is a plus. Curious, self-directed, and eager to learn new AI tools and techniques independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English, as all business communications are conducted in English.
