Job Opening Role: Landlord Acquisition Specialist Rate: $5\.00 per hr plus incentives Status: Part Time and will transition to full time Schedule CST Benefits 90days and annual appraisal review Paid Holiday Leave Paid Vacation Leave Paid Time Off Maternity/Paternity Leave Bereavement Leave Referral Bonus PhilHealth Reimbursement Requirements Experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions is a MUST Proven experience in outbound sales Experience with PropStream or similar property data tools Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management Experience in real estate investors and rental markets Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Experience in property management or real estate investing CRM setup or workflow experience Proven track record (deals closed, clients onboarded, etc.) Familiarity with investor-heavy markets like Memphis Experience using AI tools for outreach or lead generation Roles and Responsibilities Identify active rental property owners using PropStream or similar data tools Apply AI and data enrichment to improve targeting and reduce wasted outreach Prioritize self-managed landlords, out-of-state owners, and recently acquired rentals Focus on portfolios ranging from 2 to 100 properties Outbound Outreach \& Conversion (Primary Focus): Perform daily outbound activities via cold calling, SMS, and email Engage property owners, identify pain points, and position HRS as the solution Handle objections effectively and drive conversations toward clear outcomes Book discovery appointments or close deals directly into signed management agreements Log all outreach and activities in the CRM daily Maintain accurate and organized data Nurture long-term prospects Track and improve conversion performance Pay: Up to Php300\.00 per hour Benefits Additional leave Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
