Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects from lead lists, marketing campaigns, or CRM. Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making ability. Book meetings and appointments directly into the calendars of assigned onshore sales representatives. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture interest and maintain engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, notes, and status updates in the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and handoffs of qualified leads. Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs including call volume, appointments set, and qualified leads. Qualifications 3 years of experience in SDR, business development, or outbound sales role preferred. Strong communication skills clear, persuasive, and confident over the phone. Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Highly organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline. Able to work independently, manage time well, and hit performance targets. Willing to work during U.S. business hours. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B sales or a specific industry (e.g., SaaS, logistics, real estate, etc.) Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or outreach automation platforms.
