We are looking for a highly responsive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced luxury watch concierge. Your main job is to be online, reply to buyers and sellers on WhatsApp quickly, and keep every deal moving. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Dubai time Preferred location: Philippines Main responsibilities: Answer WhatsApp messages and client enquiries quickly Handle multiple conversations at the same time Respond to buyer and seller Share watch details, photos, and availability with buyers Keep track of pending enquiries, deals, and confirmations Escalate important or complex requests when necessary Maintain a professional and high-end communication style What we are looking for: Good written English Extremely fast response times Strong communication skills Very organized and detail-oriented Comfortable being reachable throughout working hours Able to work independently Good problem-solving skills Experience in sales, brokerage, customer service, luxury retail, or watches is strongly preferred Understanding of luxury watches and premium products is a major advantage Important: Responsiveness is one of the most important parts of this position. If you are a slow texter, regularly take a long time to reply, or are not comfortable staying available throughout your shift, this role is not a good fit.
