• ECOMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (with 2 years proven experience) • Work from Anywhere • Rate: PHP 500–700 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked • Pay Review: After 6 months, based on performance • Outsourcing Crew is looking for experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistants to support online businesses across various industries. If you have a strong background in ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, and content creation, and you value reliability and quality work, this role may be a great fit. • We are seeking Ecommerce Virtual Assistants with at least one year of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce clients. You will work closely with international clients and assist with daily operations, marketing support, and content-related tasks. • A minimum of one year of Virtual Assistant experience in ecommerce is required. • This role is open for Filipino VAs residing in the Philippines • At least 2 years of experience working with ecommerce clients • Proven experience using one or more of the following platforms: • Social media marketing with intermediate-level content creation • Portfolio Requirement (Required) • You must be able to share a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in ecommerce, social media content, email marketing, or related projects • Communication • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams Technical Skills • Experience in some or all of the following: • Social media marketing • Email marketing • Shopify store management • Klaviyo email campaigns and flows Personal Attributes • Detail-oriented and dependable • Proactive problem solver • Goal-driven and accountable • Professional, respectful, and values-aligned • Outsourcing Crew is an ethical Virtual Assistant agency supporting purpose-led businesses in Australia, the US, UK, and Canada.
