Remote | Full Time | Long Term 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST | Monday to Friday 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time About Us Better Body Equipment is a fast growing fitness equipment brand serving customers across the US and Canada. We already have several excellent team members based in the Philippines and are looking to add another strong person to the team. We move fast, work hard, and care a lot about the customer experience. The Role You will be one of the main voices of Better Body Equipment. The role includes handling customer phone calls, responding to emails, helping customers choose the right equipment, and resolving order or product questions. We receive approximately 10 to 15 customer calls per day. During lower call volume, you will assist with other customer, sales, and operational tasks. We are particularly interested in candidates with sales experience and excellent communication skills . Being able to confidently speak with customers, understand what they need, and help them make a purchase is a major advantage. Paid training is provided for the first 1 to 2 weeks. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently Make outbound calls when required Respond to customer emails clearly and quickly Help customers choose products and complete purchases Assist with orders, returns, shipping questions, and product questions Use Shopify to review and manage customer orders Work with our internal team to resolve customer issues Complete additional tasks during lower call volume What We Are Looking For Sales experience is strongly preferred Customer service experience by phone and email Excellent spoken and written English Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers Ecommerce experience, preferably Shopify Fast learner with strong attention to detail Reliable internet and a quiet professional workspace Positive attitude and ability to work independently Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership Comfortable working in a fast paced environmentThis is a full time position and must be your primary job. You cannot work other jobs or clients during your scheduled BBE hours. We work hard. There may occasionally be times when additional hours or weekend help is required, particularly during busy periods. We are looking for someone who is willing to step up when the team needs it.
