About The Role • We're seeking an experienced AI Automation & Workflow Integration Specialist to help design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows across multiple AI platforms. This role focuses on transforming manual business processes into scalable, AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. • You'll work closely with leadership to architect automation systems, integrate AI tools, connect APIs, and develop workflows that support recruiting, operations, customer service, sales, and internal knowledge management. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-powered workflow automations. • Build scalable integrations between AI platforms and third-party applications. • Develop intelligent workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). • Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for business applications. • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms to streamline operations. • Design AI assistants, agents, and internal knowledge systems. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementations. • Collaborate with operations teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation pipelines. • Document workflows and establish best practices for long-term scalability. • Preferred Experience • We're particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience using or integrating technologies such as: • Claude (Anthropic) • CoWork AI • OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs • Model Context Protocol (MCP) • AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Prompt Engineering • REST APIs • Python or JavaScript • Make (Integromat) • Google Workspace APIs • CRM and ATS integrations • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise AI architecture is a strong plus. • What We're Looking For • Strong understanding of AI workflow architecture. • Experience designing production-ready AI automations. • Ability to integrate multiple SaaS platforms through APIs. • Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills. • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Passion for exploring new AI technologies and rapidly prototyping solutions. • Experience building scalable, maintainable automation systems.
