Company Description About The Role Acquisition Intelligence is a performance marketing agency delivering data-driven PPC campaigns for international clients. We work with lead gen, travel, ecommerce and services businesses across Google Ads. About The Role We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager with 4+ years of Google Ads experience to take full ownership of accounts, drive growth and operate independently. What Matters to Us We value ownership, critical thinking and honest communication. We want someone who takes responsibility for wins and mistakes, challenges ideas when they see things differently and asks questions when something is unclear. We are not looking for someone who relies on AI tools without understanding the work or says they understand when they don't. Key Responsibilities Account Ownership Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) Own results: scaling volume, improving performance and driving growth Identify and act on opportunities without constant direction Scaling & Strategy Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining performance targets Allocate budgets based on performance trends Build and refine account structures for long-term scaling Data & Tracking GA4, GTM, Offline Conversion Tracking and Looker Studio Turn data into clear, actionable insights Testing & Optimisation Run structured tests across ads, bidding and landing pages Improve CVR, CTR and account efficiency Identify and resolve performance issues proactively Client Communication Communicate directly with clients in plain language Present performance updates and explain strategy clearly Mentorship Support junior team members and share best practices What We're Looking For 4+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (agency or client-side) Proven ability to scale campaigns across multiple accounts Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and Looker Studio Proactive, accountable and commercially aware Comfortable making decisions independently Working Setup Remote, Philippines-based Small, high-performance team Results-focused, no micromanagement Salary based on experience 13th month bonus pro rata Paid annual leave & public holidays We look forward to hearing from you.
