Job Responsibilities: Create print-ready materials: business cards, address labels, flyers, and posters of multiple uses Design and produce brochures, one-pagers, decks and other marketing materials Design event materials (print and digital). Design branded merch. Design and produce social media posts for LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram across multiple brand accounts Build and maintain social media templates Maintain brand guidelines and expand them when needed Audit existing materials for brand consistency and cohesion Manage design file archive and image library Collaboration closely with the Social Media Manager Receive and execute design requests from brand stakeholders across the organization Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment as a graphic designer or content developer. Must Demonstrated experience creating social media content and marketing graphics for real brands Experience producing print-ready files (bleeds, resolution, color modes) Experience with sales decks and marketing collateral Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator Some exposure to brand identity work -- able to work within and apply an existing visual identity Professional English, written and spoken Experience managing design requests across multiple brands simultaneously Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and openness to integrating them into the workflow Organized approach to file management and version control Works independently without step-by-step supervision Proactive communicator -- flags progress and blockers without being asked Attention to detail and visual quality standards Receptive to feedback; implements direction accurately and efficiently Organized and consistent -- never loses files always versions work correctly Comfortable managing multiple active briefs across different brands Graphic design for marketing teams or agencies Print production and Working with brand guidelines Social media content production Collaboration with social media or marketing teams Hardware & Software Requirements: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G or Intel Core i5 (at least 7th gen) Intel CPU 16GB DDR4 RAM and 120 - 480gb SSD 50 Mbps (Fiber/DSL) LTE not accepted Jabra Biz 1100 / Logitech H390 or similar Noise-canceling Headset 1080p HD Webcam ● Genuine Windows Licensed Computer ● Microsoft Office Suite Are you a Strong applicant for this role?
